In normal cases we recommend you to contact your local installer for support.
If not possible then you can get support directly from Luxom.
Support fee is €168 for each hour started.
When paying for support, please attach a note during PayPal checkout, suggesting at least one time slot for the remote assistance.
Before you request support please make sure you have access to a PC client computer with internet access to be used for remote assistance.
